Hello vaulters and parents,


Winter training is fully upon us and I wanted to share some updates with you.


Training Schedule: 

Monday - Workout (Lift/Sprint) 6pm-7:15pm

Tuesday - Vault 6pm-7:30pm 

Wednesday - Workout (Lift/Sprint) 6pm-7:15pm

Thursday - Vault 6pm-7:30pm 

Saturday - Vault 10am-12pm


No Practice Fridays and Sundays


We have decided to slightly shorten practices during the week to keep a more efficient practice schedule and get athletes home at an earlier time as it continues to get darker. 

Athletes are expected to show up to practice 5-10min early, dressed in warm clothing (sweatpants/jacket) ready to warm up promptly at 6pm. 

Athletes that have mild injuries and wish to stay after practice to work with a coach on recovery exercises should communicate prior to practices to set up a recovery plan to coincide with their training schedules.

All athletes must now sign up for practices on Push Press prior to practice so that we can manage attendance and individual training plans more efficiently.


New Club Platform: Push Press

A direct link to the San Diego Push Press can be found on the home page under "Packages".

Parents and Athletes can now set up an account and set their attendance, training plans, schedule private sessions, sign up for practices, and more to come.


We will be doing all payments through Push Press moving forward.
